Merville Group Launches New Development at 3435 NW 9 CT
Merville Group has begun development on the newest duplex in Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood.
The Miami-based development firm recently acquired the land for 3435 NW 9 CT and is planning two duplex units complete with garages, open kitchens, and large landscaped yards.
The project’s architect is the award-winning Glenda Puente, a 2021 AIA Florida / Caribbean Design Award Winner.
